You might have better luck than me

Easy to install, connect and be up and running in about 20 minutes. I started the truck, let it warm up and set it up as per the manual. That was great. Since then I have driven the truck 3 times and today I noticed that it is not working. I've tried tweaking the device to see if I can get it to work, but with no luck. The block appears to be dead.
