If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is the second Boss speaker I've bought. I exchanged the first one 3 times via Amazon. It was terrible. So the first speaker I couldn't turn on no matter how hard I tried. They sent me a replacement and it literally worked over the weekend and started interfering and distorting the sound. I also realized that they sent the wrong speaker at the time anyway. They sent me another one. I gifted it to a friend when I saw this speaker. i like light I thought since it was Mandy's new design they fixed the problems. So I ordered it. 3 times while working in my shop I plugged it in and it worked great without driving the quad. I took it with me on a trip and was never able to connect it to the bluetooth. This time I contacted the boss and they sent me a new remote control. Now it connects, but the sound is very distorted. I really want them to sort this out. There aren't many speaker options. I will be buying components and assembling my own with quality parts. Anyway, now the boss wants me to send it back so they can fix it. I just want the speaker to be listening to music while I'm out on the trails.
