My daughter loves these. They are a bit big. However, she could wear them and walk normally in them. Your foot is on the narrow side. I was hoping that the strap would allow it to be tightened on the leg, but how the velcro is doesn't matter when tightening. She usually wears 13t, I have a small child and there is about 1/2 inch of room. I used the size chart they provided and measured her foot before purchasing. It just didn't suit us. She loves them and there is room to grow. She also found it easy to walk in heels because she had never worn heels before.
