I like that you can see your order history in real time as well as being able to track which employees are working at what station or table etc! It's very helpful when it comes down to tracking items throughout an entire shift/day of service. Sometimes things don't show up right away but then they do eventually so this helps me keep my mind off how much longer something will be taking than expected if i'm not checking constantly (which isn't always possible). Tracking customer feedback with our managers has been really beneficial too since we have more information about their experience while dining out vs just waiting tables ourselves sometimes there aren't any customers around who want anything from us anyways haha. Not many dislikes honestly other than maybe having access to all data would make navigating through menus easier - especially during busy times. Being able to check inventory levels before opening each day makes running errands less stressful knowing exactly where.
