I recently bought a new kitten to keep my mate entertained on long work days. They don't get along well because my kitten still has claws. I've been looking for a new cat scratching post for a long time and came across this interesting one from Arkham Pet. I confess that I was first drawn to this scratching post because of the sheep-like llama. This scared my kitty a little until she got used to it and started tearing up the bouncing balls. She was so engrossed that she would jump around to attack them. My adult cat, on the other hand, has a lot of fun attacking the head and neck. None of them really care about the spikes on the ground to scratch their necks. I just love watching them play with this pet toy.
