I bought these for our little rescue poodle mix who had a back injury about a year ago and still wobbles a bit on our slippery hardwood floors. I actually only attached them to his hind legs and they were a pretty effective solution in every way. They slipped a bit but they fit much better than other socks I've tried for him. He doesn't like them, but he doesn't try to take them off either, and you can tell he's instantly feeling better on his feet. Considering the price, I'm really happy with the result. There are a number of other options that I considered (including yoga mats on all of my floors) but this was MUCH the easiest and most sustainable for our family and pup. I have recommended several others I know whose dogs have suffered similar injuries.
