Wrong item on cups, mugs and saucers

I have ordered this item 4 times and received the wrong item 3 times. I don't know whose fault it was. I ordered the Air Force Cup but got the Army Cup. After getting the wrong cup three times in one month, I waited six months and finally got the correct BBC cup. I met my wife when we were both in the Air Force and I'm glad we finally got the right mug.
