I want to love this dress. However, a few negatives--why did they ruin it with loops and a tie? I hate dresses that have unused loops on them--this is silly looking with a tie and the loops are completely unnecessary. Also, the built in slip is tight fitting and pretty uncomfortable. It would have been fine if it was a loose fitting cotton underdress, but it is polyester, and I live in a Alabama--much too hot and uncomfortable for the climate here. The dress itself is pretty cute. I might try to detach the slip part and just wear the thing around the house, because I certainly don't have a yellow slip and would certainly not be able to find one, and you can't wear it without one since the eyelet is pretty revealing--maybe with shorts underneath it would be ok. I don't know It's just sad such a cute dress is ruined by an uncomfortable undergarment. There are better dresses than this.
