It was a great buy! I've taken it with me on vacation several times and found it extremely useful not only to keep dry, but also as a practical wallet. I definitely kept my phone dry while splashing between waterfalls and the photos came out crisp and not foggy or cloudy. The only thing I wish the entry point for this bag was at the top instead of the bottom as every time I tried to get something out of this case I felt like it might fall out. Otherwise definitely a good buy.
