I had a problem connecting it to our Alexa and I called support but I ended up connecting it myself after the picture on it is great. day or night vision. I love that they can be placed anywhere. even on a WOOD, but remember wherever you place them wirelessly, in the latter case you will have to detach them to charge their batteries! So far they have stayed charged for 24 hours. I also love that you can get notifications on your phone and Alexa and talk about them OR even send pre-recorded messages or the sound of a dog barking through the cameras themselves! We've had bear sightings in our area for the last 5 years so I wanted to be notified if someone shows up in our yard or strangers commit vandalism etc. Finally I'd love to have another Toucan camera for the front driveway! UPDATE: These cameras keep us charged for 7-10 days with our dogs and grandkids running around the yard firing them! giggle
