Do not trust the supplied rope!

BEWARE: the rope broke when a 140lb person tried to sit in it. She sustained some minor injuries. I do not find this type of hammock as comfortable as a normal hammock. I suggest buyers invest in a heavier 1/2&#34; rope for safety if you already own this or plan on purchasing.

My son wanted it for his dorm room at college. He loves it! It's nice and sturdy. Great price!
