Review on Electric Non Stick Pancakes Quesadillas Breakfast by Lisa Reed

I'm a bit addicted to kitchen gadgets. I have one of these with a corrugated pan, but it doesn't go with everything. I recently cracked a glass cooktop and now there is no way to replace it. It was a great (temporary) substitute: I cooked chicken, pork chops, french toast, zucchini, eggs. The heating seems to be stable and everything went fantastically. It is easy to clean and easy to store in a closet. Of course, this should go without saying, but DO NOT use metal utensils on it or you'll ruin the non-stick coating. I wouldn't recommend cooking anything with a glaze or sticky coating on it as you can't soak or grate it like a cast iron or regular skillet. It has served me well so far and has been used 3-4 times a week.
