The best thing about Coats is that it has allowed us to have access to our jobsite workforce in real-time without having to be physically present at each job site or office location! It also allows me as an employer to track all of my employees' hours through their timecards which are uploaded into Coats every pay period.

I don't like how slow some functions can sometimes run when using them online - especially if you're working from home with limited internet connection speeds (which we often do). If your looking for a way to keep up with your workers while they work remotely then this program will definitely help out! Tracking payrolls & keeping everyone organized within one system makes everything much easier than tracking paper timesheets/payroll sheets etc.. This helps ensure accuracy because there's no room for error once data gets inputted.
