I bought this monitor to replace a dying monitor, although it ended up being a significant upgrade over the old one. The 144Hz refresh rate makes finding the mouse pointer much easier, and I'm not limited to 60fps when gaming. Multiple inputs allow you to connect other devices (in addition to the PC, I connected a Nintendo Switch). This is the third LG screen I've bought and I have no reason not to. The only thing that worries me is a minor thing: the location of the button/protrusion/whatever you want to name might be easier to tell. It is located on the underside of the front bezel under the LG logo. Otherwise I recommend this screen and may get a second one in the future to replace another old monitor in my three screen PC setup.
