Excellent product. It is solidly built and fits into my 200mm x 200mm mounting holes on my TV. Installation was easy, the instructions were clear and left no questions unanswered on how to properly install and use the mount. The mount itself is 5 stars, but I deducted a star because the fittings are very tight at the articulation points on the arm; especially the point closest to the TV. I have to move my arms back and forth for about 15 minutes for the joints to loosen up enough for them to fit and another 10 minutes for them to be usable. Currently, I support my hand when moving at an angle, worried that it might break out of the wall or the back of the TV if I don't counter-resist in the direction I want to move my hand. . It has loosened since I've been using it, but right out of the box it's very tight. All in all this is a great product. It offers excellent vision no matter where I am in the room. I installed a 24 inch tv on it and use it in my gym. Whether I'm standing on a treadmill across the room, on a bike in the middle of the room, or on a rowing machine near the TV, I can see the screen with ease. I would buy it again if I ever need to install another small TV.
