
We've had problems with frozen chicken wings sticking to the special film we bought (it wasn't supposed to be sticky). It used to work great, but now all the chicken wings are sticking. So I decided to try these grids on a baking sheet that we use to bake chicken wings in the oven. We use bags of frozen chicken wings. We take a paper towel with some vegetable oil and rub it on these racks and then put it on a baking sheet. Wings stick to them much less than to foil. It's best to clean them right after dinner as some things will stick, but it's much better to use as foil where we seem to lose most of the outside of the wings. Even if we wipe off some oil with foil, it doesn't work as well as these chicken wing grills.
