Electrodes not parallel

All electrodes were not parallel, some strong with tips almost touching the inside of the bulb. This results in ionization being confined to the tip of the bulb only. Changing the bias current (from 240kΩ to 24kΩ R-Series, 120VAC) didn't help. The picture is the best (most parallel) in the group. Uniform ionization was not achieved.
