ordered it for me but the kids grabbed it and I gave up on returning the unit. I babysit twins who leave their Kindles on while they're at school, so it's good to know that the wall charger cuts off power to the battery while it's charging. This ensures longer battery life. Having multiple ports means both guys can charge from the same plug, and I can stash my iPhone's cable in there when we're out.
