Completely dissatisfied. I live outside the US and used a shipping company. I received the box marked 7.5 but the shoes are 10.5. How incompetent can a company be? Just check the packaging before shipping. I now own a pair of shoes that are 3 sizes too big and have to pay to return them outside of the US.
