Revainrating 5 out of 5

I would definitely recommend the purchase, I don't think there is anything wrong with it.

The model has been received positively thus far (pah-pah-pah over the left shoulder), but there is a pervasive feeling of evil rock surrounding Apple's switch from Intel products to its own processors, which dampens the overall impression. The following are the advantages: Everyone knows Apple's products don't come cheap, but in this case, Apple was able to produce a new and more productive model at a lower price than its predecessors. To be honest, it's hard for me to describe the screen's merits in comparison to those of previous Macbook Pros. However, I can say with confidence that I've only seen screens in Apple laptops that were initially calibrated for the needs of photo and video processing. Of course, the alignment may not favor the M1 at all when compared to a desktop iMac or Macbook Pro 16, but the advantage is clear when comparing equivalent models. Negatives are listed below: The ROM is overpriced. Therefore, there is no point in purchasing a model with an SSD larger than 256 GB (it is better to just buy an external SSD later, for example, Samsung Portable SSD T7 2 TB); - Tightly soldered components on the board, making it impossible to upgrade; - Incompatibility with an external video card, which is both a disadvantage and an advantage: you do not have to think about purchasing such a peripheral device; - Availability: there are very few laptops available with this configuration The general public has a negative impression of the ARM architecture, and this is reflected in my own feelings after seeing Roman Yastreb's assessment, which focused on the flaws of Apple's M1-based laptops but did not include my personal experiences.
