Looks used. For $139 I thought it was new?
Well, I'll put it this way. It works. The box was sealed with tape and when I opened it there was only a piece of styrofoam holding it. We can say that it was a kind of return. It has signs of wear as if it had been used. Came with no instructions and no remote control. But it works only time will tell for how long. Not very happy with it, but it's working again.
