NOT REALLY made for the road.
Although the main description says they are for the street, the instructions say they can be used on the street but not in the rain. I have them in candle holders on my porch, but if it somehow rains they'll have to be brought inside. It's not exactly what I wanted. I have 2 sets and the remote control doesn't work on one. I think the battery might be bad. Also, you have to be pretty close to turn the candles on or off. I was hoping I could turn them on and off right at the front door.
