This is super cool! I have Moroccan lamps hanging high on my back porch that I wanted to light. It's really easy with the remote control! They have an on/off toggle switch at the bottom so I can just leave it on and control the remote individually. All you have to do is stand next to the device you want to turn on or off and press the button. You also have the choice (on the remote) to turn it on all the way or flicker like a real candle. Plus, batteries are included and you can replace them!

I bought these to put pumpkins on a burlap table outside and didn't want real candles because of the fire hazard. I also didn't want to go out every night to let them run. So I got them with a timer that turns them all on and it had a timer function to turn them all on and off over an 8 hour period. Although the main description says they are for the street, the instructions say they can be used on the street but not in the rain. I have them in candle holders on my porch, but if it somehow rains they'll have to be brought inside. It's not exactly what I wanted. I have 2 sets and the remote control doesn't work on one. I think the battery might be bad. Also, you have to be pretty close to turn the candles on or off. I was hoping I could turn them on and off right at the front door.
