It is very easy to use, it's intuitive in its design as well has an excellent management interface for all of your needs from sales forecasting up until delivery tracking right down into project analysis.

The only thing I dislike about this software are some minor bugs that have been fixed over time but still remain there occasionally or sometimes even more often than not (this can be attributed mostly to my own computer). If you're looking at creating something similar then look no further because the product allows full customization so everything will fit perfectly with what YOU need! We needed one place where we could manage our projects across several departments/departments within each department which included finance & accounting, marketing team members etc.. This allowed us to track every aspect related directly back towards those who were responsible for delivering them without having multiple spreadsheets scattered around different accounts teams / groups throughout various divisions.
