I bought these boots because they told me they were waterproof and I'm going on a long motorcycle trip. I bought it on 05/29/21 and left for a trip on 06/12/21. Other than trying them on, I never wore them outside until the day I went on the trip. I didn't like the white laces at all, so I replaced them with brown ones. As I pulled out the white I noticed that they got stuck as I pulled them out through the top 3 holes. When I inserted the brown laces, they did the same thing every time I tightened the laces while putting the boots on. On the inside of the grommets you can see the gap in the grommet that causes the binding. On the third day of the trip I had to stop and find a glue gorilla to glue the heel of the left sole back to the skin of the boot. On the 5th day I noticed that the bottom heel of the right boot was beginning to break. On day 11 I had to glue the heel of the right sole back to the skin of the boot and glue the heel of the left sole back to the skin of the boot. As can be seen in the photos, the sole is loose again. I just returned on June 28th and today I'm told that the refund policy expired on June 29th. I was going to give these boots a negative review but we ran a few hundred miles in the rain and my feet stayed dry in these boots. Luckily I didn't have to go anywhere in the rain. I figured if water got in, that's where the soles separate from the boots. Overall I am rating these boots 0 stars and I would really like a refund. I gave them 1 star because I couldn't give at least 1 star.
