Review on Peacock Lady Natural Powder Chemical by Jenny Davis

This was my first experience with henna. I'm allergic to many chemicals in dyes and other hair products. I've read quite a bit about henna and tried to heed the warnings from companies that don't use all the pure ingredients but add dangerous chemicals that do harm. I chose Peacock Lady because it claims none of them will be added, they are newly dated. I bought dark brown. I mixed it with 1/2 filtered water and 1/2 lemon/vinegar/red wine mixture. The pack also said coffee or tea, but I didn't have those and read online that they work too. While henna is mixed with acid. I left the mixture in plastic wrap on the counter overnight. The next morning I applied dark brown. I braided my hair in strands and then secured them in such a way that all my hair was covered. I left it on for 10 hours while working at home. After dinner I washed myself well. In addition, the pillow does not stain. I'm so happy I don't feel any scalp irritation unlike paint. It covered the grays very well from the first application and left my grays highlighted, amazing! Some real benefits of my gray hair 😃. I like this henna and those that surround me. Great product, sister ordered too!
