On the one hand I had to replace this product twice. On the other hand, it's not so much a defective product as it is a victim of bad design. For some reason, Motorola chose to use a barrel pin adapter for its charger, and a very thin one at that. The problem is that the pin keeps bending and breaking. The item being sold is a factory part which is no better than it could be based on Motorola's decision to use such a poor design. What is the problem with the rating. Giving a good rating seems wrong as it is a bad design. A bad review is pointless because whoever owns Xoom has no other choice.
