Excellent manufacturer support for light activation

(Note) I originally submitted this review on February 28, 2021, but it was incorrectly posted on another item that I did not order.) First of all, I am surprised by a customer's complaint about the lack of support from the seller. This is definitely not my experience. A few days after ordering, I received an email from Teetsie-Revain Market Place detailing the installation process and offering to answer any questions I had about the successful installation of the light. Shortly after receiving this email I asked an electrician to replace my broken and old (35+ year old) wire security light with a new outdoor light with flood camera motion sensor as the light source was in an awkward location high under the canopy . I then tried to activate it with my simplest "smart" mobile phone, but couldn't successfully complete the sequence of actions. At this point I contacted Titsy to accept her offer of help. I received an immediate reply. Then I wrote several text messages, while trying to use my cell phone. The answer came quickly every time. After accepting the offer to use my iPad mini, I succeeded. Before that I also finally used the light reset button. I think I would have succeeded much faster if I had pressed the reset button sooner. I refrained from doing so because the lantern was set up in such a way that you had to climb a rickety ladder to get there. Once the light was set up on the iPad I was also able to connect to the mobile phone and do some basic programming for the time the light is on and how long the light stays on. The video on my iPad mini and phone is in HD quality. Given the complexity of my particular situation, I would like to acknowledge the patience and persistence of the Teetsie Technical Support representative in helping me complete a successful installation.
