I chose this duvet mainly because of the beautiful yellow colour, but I love everything about it! It's so soft, thick, well made and oversized. I have it on a king mattress and it has lots of ribs, bigger than my comforter or most of my comforters. I've washed and dried it several times and it's fluffy with no noticeable shrinkage, minimal shedding in the lint trap (after a few washes) and just a few threads sticking out. I thought it would look nice folded at the foot of the bed but it's too comfortable to be a decoration. Now it replaces my heavy blanket, it's warm enough for spring nights, it doesn't feel heavy or hot. I think it would be great for summer and even fall and winter with a little layering. I came back to get another one in a different color.
