Review on 🏺 Signature Design by Ashley Abbonto Accent Table with Drawers and Display Shelf, Brown - Traditional Style by Stacie Bird

When I first ordered this table it arrived in an already opened box with tape on it. After opening it, I found that the structural support for the leg attachment was broken and beyond repair. I checked the order, called Ashley Furniture as per the return instructions, waited a very long time and was then directed to call Revane instead. Talking to Revane about the return was much easier with no issues or questions. Instant returns, refunds and even help placing a second order for a replacement. Too bad there wasn't an option to "replace" from the start instead of returning the item and ordering a new one. The second table arrived and I was finally able to set it up. This is a really nice piece of furniture and is exactly what I was looking for - well designed and beautifully finished. Unfortunately, once again, I can't speak to Ashley about the missing part. It has a bottom shelf attached with 4 short screws and a top shelf with 5 longer screws. Actually there were 5 short screws and 3 long screws in the package. The top is currently held together with only two long screws because I picked one up at Home Depot to find a similar item at Home Depot. I didn't have any success there so I'm now in second gear waiting another very long time with Ashley to see if they can send me a replacement screw. Update: After another referral and another 24 minutes of waiting, my call was finally answered by someone who reluctantly placed an order for me to replace the hardware package. It only happened after a few more minutes of arguing with her about why I hadn't called Revane to do it there and I explained to her how to look for the item by name only and not serial number . (I was at work, not at home in my living room, and the number wasn't listed on the order summary). In summary I would give 5 stars for the table but I am deducting 2 stars for the poor quality control (first sending a faulty/broken repackaged table and second poor quality hardware) and for the customer service associated with both orders.
