Best Diet Available

I have a 3.5 month old kitten that was fed a different brand before I adopted him. When he was 9 weeks old I went to the vet for his first vaccination and deworming. They weighed him and I was told my kitten would have been around 7 weeks old if they had used the weekly total weight estimate. I explained what I knew to them and they told me that my kitten is probably not eating well. They finished the vaccinations anyway, even though I went home. Concerned about my kitten's overall health, I was researching the best food for malnutrition, which is how I came to Hill's Science. I brought him a bag and the first day I offered him a piece which he sniffed and ate. Then a few more and more and more. The next thing I knew I was probably pouring a full cup into the bowl and my kitty would just dip his snout in and gobble up as much as he could. I was surprised and happy to see that he didn't need a gradual transition. Now a few weeks later he is a happy, healthy and energetic ball of fur. The vet herself was surprised to see my kitten for the 2nd time, how he recovered and grew in a short time. I've also been feeding him Hill's Science Daily wet food for extra nutrition, but chicken and liver, which he seems to like. He eats it, but leaves most of it untouched. I may have to try a different flavor but he and I absolutely love this brand.
