Was hoping they would be more flexible but I think I probably expected too much for the price. I prefer the flexible Bloch soles, but they're around $100. They have a similar look but no flexibility. If you just want regular character shoes then these are fine as most character shoes don't have much flexibility anyway. The suede sole is comfortable to turn.
