Exactly what I expected

After owning this chair for 2 months I feel I need to update my review. My original review remains below. After 2 months of home use, the chair started to creak. everything is loud When sitting down, getting up, shifting weight, the chair made a terrible creaking of the backrest. Also, the pressurized piston holding the base of the chair would accidentally lose all pressure and I would sink about a foot. Sometimes it resets when I get up, sometimes it stays for a while. The toe ring also loosens and slides off the base weekly, requiring a good tightening and readjustment. I'm outside the return window so I'll probably use the protection plan I bought to switch chairs. I ordered this chair instead of some others because of the higher carrying capacity. I'm 5ft 10" and 250 pounds and I didn't want to push the other chairs as they all weigh about 250 pounds. The chair is almost high enough not to adjust my desk when going from sitting to standing (about 3 inches too small to not adjust at all). The chair was comfortable and supportive for long sitting sessions during my work from home and extended video game sessions. One lever adjusts the backrest, the other reclines the seat. My only complaint is that these levers are very close together and I accidentally pulled the seat recline lever instead of the backrest lever, which caused the seat to tip forward and almost landed me on the floor (did it twice).
