I like that it's easy to create jobs, manage applicants and post them to my website. Also, there are many different modules available for various industries. The interface is very user friendly and allows me to upload photos easily. It can be difficult to find some of the more advanced features such as time tracking or reporting. There are also some additional fees added on top of the monthly subscription fee which was not disclosed at first. Consider the costs before purchasing this product. We use it to post our open positions and we get great feedback from our candidates.
