I bought this item to fill out my previously purchased (and worn) Russell Cotton Jersey Sports Shorts (ASIN B000783UU2). From the product descriptions, it was difficult to tell if this product was different from others. When I received it I could tell it was different. The cut is the same but the legs of this product are thinner. It wasn't a problem. The material itself is also thinner and the waistband was so loose that these shorts didn't stay on the hips. I had to send them back as these shorts couldn't 'stay up'. Luckily, the Russell product I like (B000783UU2) is still available, albeit at a higher price. However, it's worth the extra cost for a product I can wear and have reasonable product expectations. Pros: Inexpensive, light / Cons: Useless elastic waistband. thin material, single seams
