There are many things I appreciate about these headphones and there are also many things I am disappointed in. Sound, comfort, battery life, signal range - everything is great. They're working on enabling audio controls, but for now the only way to adjust the volume on these headphones is by forgoing some of the more exciting features that are advertised (programming a long tap for volume or listening and Spotify). Overall I was very disappointed to learn that Samsung's charging is ultra-proprietary and their privacy requirements are not well explained and aggressive with their apps. All in all, if I need new headphones in the future, I'll probably go with a different brand than Samsung. If there was such a thing or I had to wait 6 months for other companies to catch up I would return this tbh.
