In addition to paying full price, I was given a faulty product. The earphones themselves do not get charged by the carrying case. Rapid red blinking indicates the end is near. The couple tied the knot while still in the process of unpacking. Please note that the case does not get hot at all during charging; in fact, it is completely cold. contradictory to the established order. The front-panel light indicator is always off. Only the one protected by the casing is operational, although other things can send signals. If you're interested, I've included instructions from Samsung's website that decode the behavior of the indicator on the case. I'm not referring to the incompatibility between these headphones and Samsung's native program, Galaxy Wearable, on Apple's iOS platform (iPads and iPhones). However, I'm using iOS 13.3, so everything should function as expected (I've included an App Store screenshot as proof). It initially states that the SM-R170 revision (simple BUDS, no plus sign, the previous generation) is incompatible with it, but then proceeds to rob you without providing any information about the BUDS + (SM-R175 revision). Samsung has not released any additional software for this ear and has no plans to do so. Here are the EARBUDS of the future, CARL! Midway through the year 2022, it was discovered that luxury sector headphones from the well-known Samsung brand (even those costing $100-150) would no longer receive software support. WHOA, NONE OF THOSE IS TRUE. These headphones rely on this app for nearly all of their features, and you won't get much use out of them otherwise. At least they could pair with iOS devices over Bluetooth using the iOS framework. Yet, this is insufficient. You'll want features like an equalizer, customizable mode settings, a visual indicator of the battery life remaining in both the ears and the casing, and so on. Everything else within the application that is incompatible with it. Think about this before you make any purchases. It's not simply a matter of a rating of 1.5 or 2 stars in the AppStore; there are also reviews to read. I can say that it doesn't work for me. All of this is inexcusable for $100 plugs.
