Review on Contour Paddles Training Adjustable Swimming by Robert Gomatham

Ergonomic design. Conforms to the natural contour of the freestyle hand. I haven't tried it with other punches yet. Feels very comfortable and secure in the arms. I love it. Other types of hand paddles are flat with rubber bands for the middle finger and wrist. I didn't like the feel of them at all. They are easy to wear with no discomfort. I wore them for an hour and the straps never bothered my hands/fingers. They are contoured and fit comfortably in the palm of your hand, with finger cutouts. (The peachy pic should show they aren't flat.) I love the extra arm workout you get from wearing them. I love her and highly recommend her.
