Review on Pyle PIC8E High End Ceiling Adjustable by Jason Franco

When the speakers are delivered, both tweeters are lost and down-firing. (They are assumed to be directional). After calling Pyle support they wanted me to take the initiative and send them the faulty speakers to be repaired at my expense. Not only will I have 2 big holes in the wall while I wait for the faulty speakers to be fixed, but I'll lose the ability to use my speakers for god knows how long and I'll have a set (maybe) Had speakers refurbished when I bought them, a new pair on November 17, 2020 (just over a month, I didn't install them the same day I received them). I don't need refurbished speakers, I want what I paid for (new speakers)! Revain customer service said they would send me a replacement. I will no longer buy Pyle products.
