Very nice though. best in Fascinators
This hat is very pretty but it comes in a flat pouch. Which would have been nice if the feathers hadn't flattened out too. Also, the hat is not white/navy as shown; it's cream and navy blue (I didn't want that). In general a good hat, but I'll look.
