Better than I expected
I wasn't sure how well they would fit my teeth but as long as the water was at least 180-170 feet I left it in the water until I saw the tray started to soften, wait a second and put it on your teeth, it shaped perfectly! And really fast! I no longer work in an orthopedic practice so I had to find something to replace my whitening trays as mine didn't fit anymore (I wasn't wearing my retainers ππ€·πΌββοΈ) it still worked and so far so far the whitening that was good.
