Works great on the construction site.
I repair at home and I found these skullcaps on the internet. I like the fact that 1) they are light and airy and don't hold a sweat. They dry quickly. And 2) they fit well and cover the ears to keep debris out of the ears. If I want my ears to be open, I just lift the bottom and voila, the ears are open. I bought 1 set of 2 to try but quickly bought 2 more sets of 2 so I have a fresh cap every day.
