Well packaged, arrived on time with good communication before, during and after the sale. The only complaint is that this device is noisy. It will spin fine for a part turn, then pretend to grind or stick, and then walk away only to repeat the grind again. I couldn't find a specific place where it was attached because it seemed to be moving. I added some oil and worked for a while until it got better, but the quality control could still be better. Note: After installing it on a wooden circle, it became quieter. Update: The seller has contacted me to resolve an issue with this unit, including a refund if necessary. Since it has improved to the point where it is acceptable, I included it in a gift and presented it in such a way that an exchange was out of the question. Since I used it for this gift there was no reason for a refund either. Despite seemingly excellent customer service, the quality control issue still persists with our unit and others who have written reviews. This section is for the product review, not the seller, so my review of this machine is worthwhile. Apparently some devices are good, others not so much. The sad truth is this. How difficult is it to change a device during the production phase and if it is stuck, reject or repair it so that only good devices are shipped? Since it had improved enough for me to be able to use the device, I was refunded the money. If I could give them 6 stars for their customer service I would because they deserve every one. They promised to work on the production as well. Will I order from you again in retrospect? Knowing their customer service I would say yes and also because some buyers have not had this issue. I would give them another chance in the hope that they will rely on their manufacturer to fix the inconsistencies in this product.
