I tested this phone for 2 weeks and it's a great deal for the price. The screen is beautiful. The user interface is very similar to that of Cisco phones, so people who are used to Cisco phones can be quickly trained. The stand is pretty basic and cheap, but it has 2 corners to prop the phone up on and should easily last the life of the phone. Configuration is done through the browser, which is fine for me as a small business. I'm not sure Grandstream has easier ways of setting up many of these phones at the same time, which would probably make a difference for large companies. Built-in weather, stock and currency data are easily accessible and look great on screen. I disabled everything except the weather because I'd rather not have the end user bother me changing their inventory or wasting bandwidth to update these modules. does not show the description/label on the screen next to the button. I'm probably doing something wrong, or I just need to buy an expansion module when I need a speed dial. Plenty of ringtone options, although the ringtone volume is only increased by about 60% of the volume on the Cisco 7960. If you need a ringtone that can be heard from 100 to 200 feet away, this phone isn't a great choice, but it's loud enough for an executive office.
