I have changed my rating. The product failed after three months but was replaced and I received a full refund. There were communication issues, but WaveLink took care of them to my satisfaction and slightly exceeded my expectations. WAVLINK may want to develop a more formal warranty claim process to avoid the issues I've experienced. Obviously they want their customers to be happy. The case is fast and works well on my Mac and Windows products. It's also fairly inexpensive. Old rating. I was happy with this product until it failed. I contacted WAVLINK and they replied asking for my address and copy of invoice (June 11, 2020). I sent them both items. Nothing has been heard from them since then. I sent two more emails with no response. So now I have a TB3 case that doesn't work and a company that doesn't honor their warranty. Don't worry about the purchase. Rather spend a little more money for a better product.
