Review on 🧵 DREAMSTITCH Z6000 Zig Zag Attachment for Alphasew and Singer Sewing Machines - Low Shank Option by Barbara Simmons

This attachment works well with my straight stitch machine. At first the mechanism seemed too tight and didn't move freely. I solved the problem by slightly loosening the screw holding the ratchet and then locking that position with a lock nut. I then tested and found the combination of settings on my Morse sewing machine that worked best. Conclusion: I am satisfied with this nozzle, but the mechanism is quite complicated: it has 8 zigzag stitch options. I was able to convert this to a straight zig zag by rotating the ratchet (disabling the variable action), but I'd also like an older, simpler lure to compare to this one.
