ISSUES:This is my second bag from CADeN and their zipper quality has not improved. The first one bag's main compartment zipper tore apart. I bought a new one (latest version) and the zipper broke after a couple of months. It would not zipper properly even after trying to fix it. Another issue is the bag doesn't have good support on the front side. It typically would crumple down. I wish there is some kind of support.WHAT I LOVE:The organization and compartments. Those are the two reasons why I buy these bags. A separate laptop compartment. A camera compartment (which I also use for clothes and books occasionally) and a top compartment where I keep my daily belongings. The pen holders, prime! I find the front compartments not as useful because the items I keep there would usually just stay in the bottom and make my bag feel and look bulky.
