Energy for Midwest Winter Blues

My doctor recommended getting a light to help with some mild fatigue I usually only experience in the winter. This light appealed to me because of the size and features. I have found that if I use the light as directed I do feel much better. I usually use it for the first 20 minutes of my work day at the full brightness pretty close to my face. After that, I turn the brightness down and scoot it back from my face and leave it on till I take my lunch.I had a small issue with the charger and Verilux was very responsive and helpful to get my light back up and running. I recommend the light and the company.
