I bought this headset to replace another brand that is no longer in use. The Callez headset worked great for several months. Then the microphone turned off. I heard people - they didn't hear me. I contacted this company assuming it was still under warranty. They replied immediately and asked for my address. They just sent me a new set. I was very surprised when I received a new set a few days later. This type of customer service cannot be found anywhere else! I can't stress this enough. I had so many problems with faulty products, phone times were broadcasting everywhere. Just NOT to solve the problem. Thank you Callez for supporting your product.
