We decided to buy a sink, because the child walks snotty with an enviable frequency (although not viral and not allergic). Prior to that, there was a Polaris humidifier. Everything is OK, but the humidifier makes the air damp and does not clean it. I just wanted clean air. Well, to keep it hydrated. The question was studied for 2 months, they shoveled the entire Internet. As a result, they chose between Boneko, Vigna and Sharp. Prices were all in the range of 20-30 thousand. We chose Sharp, because the filters have everything, and the humidification function. Very pleased. That's right super! The air in the room has become exactly cool and clean (it feels right). It works quietly (it sometimes makes noise when the humidity builds up, but when the humidity reaches 50% it calms down again). Humidity is eventually brought to 60-62%, after which it starts to work only as a sink. During the first weeks of use, we were surprised at the amount of dust adhering to the external filter, although there are no animals, and we wipe the floors with a damp cloth every evening. Very convenient: filled with water, pressed "Auto" and forgot. We don't turn off the sink. In automatic mode, we add water 2 times a day (in the evening and before daytime sleep in a child). No weight issues - the sink rolls easily. It seems huge, but due to the elongated shape it is convenient to roll it into some nook near the closet if you need to turn it off. PS The sink is so good that the mother (generally skeptical about such types of equipment), who came to sit with her granddaughter, came out after putting the child to bed and asked to order the same one for her. PPS The reviews say that the filters are expensive. I don't know, we're getting by with vacuuming the filters for now. I think that spending 10 thousand on new filters every 1-2 years is not a problem. We fill with filtered tap water (parents are just tap water).
